I have a property in Pennsylvania registered with Clean and Green as PA Forest Reserve. Parts of the property are also EPA registered protected wetlands. It is posted on all sides. Recently, it has attracted attention of 4 wheeled recreationalists - I constructed a fence which was cut and the t-bar pulled up to clear thair path. I am obtaining internet cameras to aid detection and identification, but surely this is against the law besides simple tresspasss? Any assistance appreciated. Thanks
