I need to know if the Hi-Point pistol caliber .45 ACP carbine rifle is sold in pa as a long rifle (no permit, just registration).
In other words, can I buy my hi-point carbine the way I bought my .22 LR, just walk in, background check/resgistration and walk out with it.
Do you need a hand gun permit for a pistol caliber rifle?![]()
The high-point carbine will be sold as a rifle. It doesn't matter the caliber. All that matters between rifle and handguns is the length. Mostly all calibers come in rifle and handguns.
