Most town by laws have a limit on how many vehicles someone may have on their property. I would say check with the town clerk.

I have a neighbor to my immediate right who thinks having a bunch (7) of old clunker cars in our shared driveway is okay. I just need to know what the limit or the amount is legal when there is only two people living in the house.

Town clerk is usally located in the town hall. Also you could check you town bylaws if your town has a website they may be listed.
