I purchased a used car on ebay and I noticed that the car was leaking oil once I returned home 2 hours away. I called the seller/dealer and he said that it must be the weather since it was raining. I waited a day parked the car in my garage and confirmed that it was leaking oil. I asked the seller to take the car back or repair the damage and he has been giving me the run around. The car did not come with a warranty but the AD clearly stated that the car was in great shape and the seller stated when I picked up the car that all I had to do was change the oil and service the car as scheduled.
Do I have any legal recourse?
