I am considering starting an adult video taping service for those who want to have a video of themselves having *** or modeling in lingerie or what have you. I am also considering expanding the service to include selling adult videos of those who want to sell them. Signed released will be obtained by everyone and everyone will be over the age of 18.

Does this constitute pandering in PA? Is this type of activity protected under the 1st Amendment? Could it been seen as prostitution in any way?
