    Default Exwife and school want to send 11yr into remedial

    My Exwife and the school want to send my 11 year old son into remedial school due to his lack of participation in school. This comes from
    Him stating he wants to live with me, his dad, and a long custody battle. I live in CT, she in rural PA. He is not remedial, just doesn't want to be there, and is acting out. Not violent or destructive. The school is recommending this, the ex agrees, I don't! Can the school enforce this?

    We have joint legal custody, and she has primary physical custody.

    If your ex wants to do this, she can. You'll have to hire a lawyer and file an injunction to stop it.
