Hello,

My question is in regards to moving from Pa to Fl with my 6 year old daughter. Some details are:

1/ Never had a relationship with the father, dated for 3 months and got pregnant.
2/ He was absent from her life from age 1-3.
3/ He now has joint custody every other weekend and Tues and Thur for 3 hours.
4/ I am newly married and my husband is from Florida, and we want to start a new life there.
5/ I'm willing to let her spend summers with him in Pa, and negotiate holidays.
6/ He will not cooperate with anything court related, he is bitter and controlling.

What are my chances realistically?
