rights?

I live in westmoreland county pa. Cys came into my house and took my kids. They did not show a court order from a judge and they had made threats to me in front of my kids. I thought they had to show a court order from a judge to take the kids. Also I was told that I didn't have to let them in my house because they didn't have a warrent. Did they violate my rights? If so what can I do about it?

Technically, you could have told then they couldnt come in without a warrant. Im only 15 so i dont really know about the court order but it seems logical that they would need one. I believe they violated everything they shouldnt have. Not sure what you can do about it, but i would try calling a non-emergency police office and asking questions. Explain the situations, including the threats made. It seems very wrong that this happened.
