I have been trying to find out for some time now if it is ethical for someone to represent a person that lives in there home. so u know this person is not related to the lawyer has no permanent place of residence, there just living with there lawyer till the legal issue is resolved. Also if its legal or not I'm so confused on this matter and no one will give me a strait answer. Thank you all in advance if you can answer my question.
