My ex wife signed for a bad check warrant ( a check she wrote) that came to her address by way of her drivers license number. She said nothing to me, I found out when the police came to my door with a warrant. Info was sent certified mail, in my name, to her address. She then signed for it as my wife. We are divorced. Did she break the law?
