Is it not Pa. law that on a credit card suit that there
needs to be attached to the complaint the original signed
contract of the card that you are being sued on?
I received a summons and the only attachment was
a single statement that showed my name and address
and an amount that I certainly could not verify as an alleged
debt of mine.
Also, was a paper of someone who supposedly works
for this bank who claims it is mine. They also claim
that they are swearing to this but only seems
As I have been researching this I have read that the original
contract was to have been attached.
Since it was not, what should I do?
