Hello,
A friend and I where talking about shooting and diffent things that can be used as a target.
He beleaves that if you use a picture of someone living, anyone not on the Most Wanted list, (eg. Osama Binladon)
then you can get arested, and/or charged with something along the lines of "premetataded planing to kill someone"..... is this true?

lol we know that... but can you get intruble for using a picture.. i mean can they say that we are planing something that way....
No, it's not against the law to shoot a picture of person.
Just be sure to get that person to hold the picture of themselves up in front of their face before you shoot, LOL. JOKING!! DON'T DO THAT!!
