Default Posting ads regarding bad business practice

Is it legal to post an ad regarding a bad experience with a local business? I purchased a warranty with an appliance from an Oregon business and they will not come out and repair the appliance after two months. I looked them up on the BBB, unfortunately only after doing business with them and they have had other complaints for the same thing. I was wanting to post an ad where they advertise, hoping to let others know to check them out before purchasing. Can I get in trouble for this as long as I only state facts?

    Default Telling the truth

It is legal in Oregon to tell the truth. As long as what you post is true, they cannot attack you legally for it. (exception would be revealing someone was CIA etc)

Put yourselves in their shoes. Say you did bad business and they were upset at you. Say they posted the facts about how you treated them online. Do you think you could sue them for telling the truth and win? (no).

Also, if you think they are devious, you can put online "In my opinion, they are devious". Because this is a fact (If you do hold the opinion they are devious).

If they sue you for telling the truth, then telling the truth is an acceptable defense.
