    Exclamation Property for sale

Is it legal for one owner of a property to enter into a listing contract with a realtor without the other owner's signature or consent on the sale?

It depends on if they own the property evenly. If so, then one owner cannot sell the property without the other 50% owner's consent. Same for the listing contract.
