Can someone be charged with trafficing in illegal drugs, a felony, without any illegal drugs found in their possession, but instead allegedly found by law enforcement 2 days later, in an open field neighboring suspects residence? Keeping in mind that suspect has no ties to field and cannot be placed in said field by law enforcement or any witnesses. Any insight greatly appreciated.
