    Default Auricular Therapy

    I have a PhD in Natural Health Sciences and would like to work for a MD/ND doing Auricular Therapy. THis is acupressure of the ear by massage and microcurrent instruments, not needles. I know Ohio law states that I cannot diagnose or treat disease, but if I call it Auricular Energy Balancing, is that legal?

    Perhaps. You should get an attorney to write an opinion on this question. If you get charged then you have the opinion to use as your defense. Good luck.
