I recently had my home foreclosed in October 2009. Some of my property is still in the home as I have not been served a notice to vacate. My residence is not there, but I check on the property weekly to make sure that everything is ok. I went there today on my weekly check and to get my mail and from what I gather, there was a water pipe that broke. The condo association took it upon themselves to go into the property and fix the leak. That is not my concern as I am glad they did because it must have just happened within the last week. My concern is that they took it upon themselves to take my property to the trash. Do they have a right to do this and is there anything I can do to stop them from throwing away my property. They own the outside, not the inside.
I do have an attorney, but I need to know if there is a motion I can file immediately. He is out of town until Saturday.
