Hi about 2 years ago I got caught with less then an 8th of weed. I got the weed charge dropped to a disorderly conduct charge. I recently graduated from college and am looking to find a job. I decided to apply to get my disorderly conduct charge sealed to help get a job. I assumed since it is my first and only offence that I would just have to show up to court with my lawyer and the judge would decided my case. But I recently got a letter from the court saying that they require all individuals applying for expungment to go to a pre-hearing interview with the parole department. Is it safe to assume that I am going to get drug tested for weed at that interview? I have not smoked since the end of January (I don't plan on starting up again) and I don't have to call to schedule the interview until Monday. I plan on buying a drug test kit and making sure I am clean but in-case I am not should I skip with interview?
