I am in favor of equal parenting rights with equal physical and legal custody. After raising two sons who have no contact with their father, I’ve seen first hand the damage an absent parent can cause.
My ex was given every opportunity to equally parent his children. He wasn’t interested but there are many fathers who fight against a system that favors mothers and one thing a father should never have to do is fight for the right to equally parent his children.what you think share .

I don't know your ex, but I would say he's an ass. As far as fathers having to fight for parental rights, not all fathers are good fathers. You have to ask were they abuseive to their wifes and or children? This goes for mothers too.
sorry to hear that you had to go thru a divorce and become a single mother. my hats off to you good lady, God bless you and your children.
