okay well i was put on the Michigan Sex offender list when I was 18 for a CSC4 {incest} Misdeminor. I was put through the court as a Juvinile. I am now going through the state of Mi to get an Expungment. I live in Norfolk Va . I am trying to find out how I can get my name removed from the Sex offender list , Is there some kind of Pardon or cirtificate of rehabilitaion I can through the state of michigan so i do not have to Be on the list anymore.
