I have a few question. I hope someone can help me out or direct me in the right direction.

1.What are the laws in AZ about someone recording your conversation with out you knowing. Isn't that against the law.

2.If your the owner of the company you work for tells you they don't work there and they are not the owners. What's the best way to got about it.
