Parole officer dilemma

I am concerned about west virginia parole rules and regulations. I feel as though my officer is being unreasonable concerning certain areas. Is there a public website where I can obtain the codes and procedure.

I think it would also be better if you forward these concerns to the authorities so that they could investigate on the matter as well.
