Would it be legal to start and participate in a digital product sharing club . For example . I buy a digital book or digital information product , such as a "how to " product. I want to form a club where I place my product that I purchased in a download area. I want other members to have access to it , not for download but for full view as long as they are logged in . They can share their products , books etc as well by uploading it to this common area. The access to this common area is a paid membership .An example would be , a group of students sharing a digital version of the books needed for class , without having to buy them . They simple join the club and are given access to the books while logged in?

I think you would run into a lot of legal issues because most of the products you're describing were sold with a clause stating they were non-transferable-meaning you bought it, only you can use it.
