I've been posting here for a while and I've come to respect a lot of your differing styles of thought. I've got a hypothetical.

There is no statute of limitations on murder. If you kill someone when you are 13 and don't get caught until you are over 18 how is that tried? At the time of the crime you were a juvenile so you should get the same sentence you would have as a juvenile but you obviously can't do your time in a juvenile facility.

Any thoughts?
