My question is this: Recently Comcast used my property to access their equipment and I'm not even a customer. But more specifically, they dug up a portion of my yard next to the sidewalk and installed a steel cover plate for future access. So now I have a 2'x1' steel cover plate in my yard. My question is, is this legal? They never even asked my permission to dig up a portion of my lawn. How is this possible?
