Does anyone know what rights a 12 year old child has in Illinois if she does not want to visit her father on his weekend, because he mentally abuses her repeataly?! I am the grandmother who has stood by and watched for the past year and now it has gotten to the point my granddaughter is hurting herself from all the mental abuse she is having to take from her father. Please help me by letting me know what I should do to help my granddaughter. Thanks
