Can someone help me put this in layman's terms:



Under no circumstances shall a corporate relationship exist in fact or law, labor, business cooperation, joint venture, or any other relationship between the Parties or between subsidiaries or partners of the Parties with the other.

it sounds like i can't even do business with these people
