Default Is there any law against this?

As a joke, I want to email someone telling them that they got a job as a hogwarts professor. Is this considered fraud?

Personal injuries occur far too frequently. No one is immune from them. If you have been injured because of another person, either negligently or intentionally, you may have a claim for damages for your injuries. Personal injuries include:

    broken bones
    head injuries
    burns
    amputations
    eye and vision injuries
    neck and back injuries
    hand injuries
    closed head injuries
    spinal cord injuries
    muscle, tendon or ligament injuries

These injuries can be caused by a variety of accidents including:
    car accidents
    falls from heights
    medical malpractice
    truck accidents
    defective products
    slips and falls
    motorcycle accidents
    work place accidents
    medication errors
    swimming pool injuries

No, it's not fraud. If the person had actually applied to be a hogwarts professor and they can prove emotional pain they might be able to sue you in civil court but in this case you're in the clear.

I don’t think it is a crime. There is no law against it.

Yeah you are right but the point is if there is anything suspicious then there is not law exist against it.
