Default Stump the Student - help with a term please

    Hello,
My wife is in college and taking a Forensic Finance class and had her Professor give one of those "you'll never find it" questions.
She has already moved onto other assignments, however being a bit OCD (a medical term I don't need help with) I have been spending way more time than I should trying to find what the answer is.
This is not for an Exam is is just prep for class tonight.
    Here is the question:
In all white collar crime (economic crime) cases there is a very important matter for the investigator and prosecutor to consider.
    This consideration is J--- A-----.
If a white collar crime such as a tax evasion case, lacks J--- A-----, it is likely that prosecution will not occur in spite of overwhelming evidence.
    Give examples of J--- A-----.
There is nothing in the law relating to J--- A-----, however a prosecutor and the investigator are always mindful of this item or matter.

Now my wife tells me her Professor told her it is NOT in the text and not likely to be found. Why ask I ask - except to drive people like me crazy.
This was the kind of question that put me thru the ringer why at Physician Assistant school.
Wish she had not read it to me, but since she did - If there are any sharp legal beagles out that that could help me out so I can Obess about some more important like the New Health Care Plan or Global warming I would greatly appreciate it.

    Thanks in advance,
    Robert

I have to respond to my own question.
My wife came home from class tonight and let me know the term I was looking for J--- A----- is
    drum roll please . . .
    JURY APPEAL.

I have to say I am quite disappointed that so many read the post and no one could answer it or choose not to help.
I wish you all the best,
    Robski
