Can residents of a community facility sell goods to one another?
Please explain.
can residents of a shelter contracted by a city/non profit sell goods to one another (i.e. vending).
Unless they had a permit I would say no. if their just selling personal items like a tv or something I would say yes.
Food items and the such, no
Is there an actual law I can refer to? They want something official we can post.
It would be a city ordnance, I would give city hall a call.
If your lucky they might give you a business license for a few hundred bucks.
