    Question Claification please

    Patrick, I appreciate your quick response, but am confused. I own a golf course in NY with a bar & restaurant. According to the State Liquor Authority Booklet, only beer or malt beverage products are allowed out on any golf course, and only in the instance that the owners of the property have a liquor license and all beverages are purchased at the establishment on site. It is my understanding that alcohol beverages must be consumed either inside my premises or on my outdoor patio, which I received an additional permit for. What authority do you cite when you respond "yes"? Thank you.
