Angry EEOC "Amendents" ,do they still apply too a 2003 filing.??

    Disability Discrimination & Work Situations
The law forbids discrimination when it comes to any aspect of employment, including hiring, firing, pay, job assignments, promotions, layoff, training, fringe benefits, and any other term or condition of employment.

P.S: I worked for a Telecom Contractor who worked for "Verizon Telecom and was fired because I had a "minor seizure". Is / was it legel for them to do that??? (I did not ask for my seizure condition, but I try to deal @ it.)

I beleive it is "WRONG" to take something out on someone who had no say in the matter.
    Thank You , Please respond.
