    Angry Is it illegal to make Phone threats?

    My nephew who has a retrianing order against him from his x-wife, says that she keeps calling the cops telling them that he is making threats to her over the phone, when he never called her. Can she get away with that, and can the law take her side with no proof?

    No she can't, she can also be charged with filling a false police report.
