I just found out that my brother has been secretly videotaping family events at my SIL's home. They are divorcing and my brother is trying to get a restraining order against my mother seeing my youngest niece. This is a long saga involving my older niece as well and my brother is a manipulative, pathological liar. I'll not go into detail on that unless further clarification and past events are needed. Its extremely long.
He does not live in that home. We don't know as of yet how he is doing any videotaping although my concern is that it involves my 6 year old niece somehow.
DO we have any legal recourse over him doing this? In general its a mute point as all it shows is a happy family dinner... but he really needs to be stopped. He is an evil person. I'm also furious as he's video taped my 3 year old son and I want him to have no contact nor visual of my son at all.
