Perhaps you could agree with your neighbor to put the snow in one spot-say a back corner conjoining both sides. That way he has the satisfaction of putting snow on your side, while you have the reprieve of it being out of your way.

I would love to know how to handle a nieghbor who throws snow over my fence and into my yard. I put up a 6 foot fence and he still throws snow over into my yard. Trying to keep a friendly nieghbor with out having to put up with his snow in my yard. Anyone have any advise.

Why would your neighbor do this? If it were me, I would ask him to keep the snow on his own property. After all, you don't throw your leaves on his property, right?
