I've recently been researching some nonviolent self defence methods and i've stumbled across blank firing pistols. My main concern is that i'm only 18, the online sotres that i've been looking to buy from say that i have to be 18 to purchase and 21 to sign upon delivery. My question is that is it legal for me to carry/brandish/own a blank firing pistol in new york state?
