Can I put a lien on my case

If I have a lawsuit with the courts and I want to buy a home, what company or agency can I go to to ask for a lien against my lawsuit to buy a house. or lend me the money to buy a house? I want to use my personal injury lawsuit
as a lien/ collateral towards funding?

If you won a lawsuit and you have money coming to you, you can use that income to purchase a home. first ask the sellr if he will take an assignment. Or ask the bank to include your stream of income as payments. If you rstrem of income is certain then it is more likely someone will want to take it as payment. If it is doubtful (i.e. a tribe of indians in Africa promised to ship you a boatload of bananas one day) then no one will want it.
