I had a mastectomy with a tissue expander inserted 4-06.
8-06 should have been the foolowup surgery to remove the tissue expander & insert an implant. I had my pre-op testing done, then refused to sign aconfession of judgement stating that I would be responsible for what my insurance did not cover. Th doctor's office cancelled my surgery. Is this illegal?
