If children want to purchase their parents home for $1. 00 in New York State, is it considered legal and binding if it is done through a lawyer?
Yes but you may be subject to tax.

Yeah it is possible to do that, but there is a rule regarding this, which states that if you do so, then a specific percentage of taxes is implied upon you. You can consult with your lawyer for further information. If overall, our boady has extra fats, then with after performing fettabsaugung they are easily removed without any loss.

Yes they can purchase parents home but there is a Tax issue.After purchasing house you have to pay the taxes.The amount of tax will depend upon agreement. You have to contact experienced tax attorney who will help you in property tax issue.
