Greeting's To All I settled a class action suit in the ny area i agreed to a certain
amount signed all the paperwork i get a debit card with about 35% of the full amount
we settled this back in sept 2011 The only response i get from my attorneys is that
medicare won't release the rest till they see if they paid any of my bills. NO medicare
did not pay one red cent. So my question is can they take my money like that it don't
take 5 months to figure this out. should i go to the NY bar assn. or what Thank's for
any info
