E.g. If a person is missing a hand and the job involves typing or computer use. Can I ask if they have special requirements to type. or anything along these lines. Or can I ask them how they deal with the issue.
Of course you can bring up a physical deformity but why would you want to? If you can perform the job requirements with one or two or four hand, what does it matter. Also there are Federal Laws protecting you. Good Luck!
