My son received a ticket recently for passing on a 6 foot long double yellow line. This is is a small village and was at the end of the month. In fact, my son was turning across a double yellow line into a gas station/ convenience store driveway entrance. As the policeman was talking to my son and issuing the ticket, he even acknowleged that people do it all the time. In fact I do. My son is due for a pre-trial conferance since he pleaded not guilty. What should he say to the patrolman when we meet beforehand?
