Hey, Im simply posting here to find out weather I would be aloud to sell beverages at my local public Market.

Im not a food vendor nor do I have a liscence to sell food items.

I'm just wondering if sealed cans, beverages and such falls under the category of food and I would be fined if I attempted to sell said drinks.
