A friend of mine who is a senior in high school broke his leg while practicing for his schools wrestling team. This has caused him to miss a month of school with at least a few more weeks untill he can return. He tried to get his teachers to send the work home for him but they told him it was too much, now his school is saying he might not be able to graduate. For over 3 years he has been an above average student both in terms of grades and attendance but now he might have to get his GED. I was wondering if their was any legal action he could take to prevent being left back since he was injured on school grounds while practicing for a school team and since he was denied the option of completing his work at home. Any insight is appreciated, Thank You
