    Default Is Legal Uploading Game.......?

    i have few ORIGINAL PS1 games what i own. i registered server for hosting it, i puted them private (only i can download them) and i put password on rar file.

    is that legal? can they arrest me for that?

    You put a password on the file because you know it's illegal. The PS1 games are not owned by you - only a license to use them is.
