Force an employee to post their picture on company web site

My employer has told me that I have to have my picture taken so they can display it on their web page or I will be fired for not complying with an order. I feel this is an invasion of my privacy and i do not want my picture on their public web site. If they fire me do I have a legal case?

I believe so, but I'll need someone else who knows more about this particular stuff to confirm it as a legal case.
