I want to have this question answered about whether its legal to be in a one room small bathroom and have someone stare at your private parts as you collect a urine sample. Someone I know is in family court in the state of Ny and had to do a drug evaluation which came up negative but because people drink water they say its diluted. Now this individual is in In classes for substance abuse and they stand in a 7 x 4 ft room and watch but do more like stare. Is it legal to violate someones privacy like this?
