My wife recently purchased 7 tickets @ $20.00 for a music festival event that was at first rescheduled and then canceled all together. We have repeatedly tried to contact the promoter via e-mail and phone but have yet to receive a reply as to how we might receive a refund of our purchase price. We have been very patient but our patience has run out. Question: What are our legal rights? Can we sue? Can we press charges?
