    Default life use of home and bankrupcy

    my home is in my daughters name with me haveing life use, i pay the taxes and insurance, i was injured at work and may not be able to work again (time will tell) if i can not retun to work and have to file banckrupcy because of lost income can they do anything to my home such as make me sell etc: to pay off bills

    No court can make you sell a home that belongs to another. Good luck.
