Is it legal for a company to advertise both in store and online that they will give you a product for $1.00 (ice cream) but then not even have the ice cream in the store. I went in and specifically asked when they will get it in because they are advertising all over for it & they have no idea. There is no small print in store or online about certain stores carrying it, etc ... I am very curious as to the answer to this - because I go in the store specifically for this ice cream - and they don't even have it. They have been advertising for several weeks for the product.
